Isn't this Race Roulette? Where you get a free revolt every three days? I just revolted. Lost a lot of troops. It doesn't say that I will get another free revolt in 3 days. :(

Nope, Race Roulette was last round.  It let people get a feel for the effects of the changes on different races.

Running a normal turbo (generic, no theme) round this time so we can see what happens when people have a decent grasp of the game.

Ah, that would be my bad. The name of the round is hard coded as far as I know, and I can never remember to change it.

When in doubt, read the welcome e-mail -  it says there that the round is themeless. Also there are turbo topics about it.

On the revoolt page, if it lists the potential damages of revolting, it is going to cause damage.
