My friend is killing someone and he couldnt kill nilitliy on turbo. It would not let him even when he had std selected and reg atk or anything else wouldnt work. Any reasons?

When you say it wouldn't let him, exactly what was it actually doing to prevent him?

I suspect he has a city

I'll edit the readout line to reflect that in a bit, something like "You've taken all x's free land, but they've still got a city!"

I failed killing juska last round several times, after I hit him low enough my attacks would fail regardless of OP / DP

Geh.  Next time this happens someone needs to catch me or Shael, need to verify and run some tests

Skimmed through the attack code and didn't see anything obvious

Any specifics? 
How many acres left,
What attack types used,
How many troops did you have, they have,
etc.

slipped my mind, im really busy & I run in a matter of minutes. it was around 300 acres, using STD, my attacks began failing although he had no troops left.
