Hey guys, I know I said you could start submitting your votes today, but I haven't been very active and I still want to try to hold a debate first.

So elections are being held off till Sept 12 for now.

Hey guys, sorry for the issues with Headquarters, attacks and vacation and all that...I'm working through the problem now. In the meantime, I set everyone to unmaxxed and reset everyone's rations time.

Do you guys think it would be useful to have something like the Who's Online forum page in-game? Meaning, you would actually be able to see what page someone is on at that moment.

Okay, to make the Magpies happy, I went ahead and put in this compromise, on both Reg and Turbo. Under Manage Army, you can choose whether or not to display the tax box on the Loot page. ("thank you shaellllll!")

There is also now a Headquarters on Turbo. (yay! free stuff!)

I'm kinda on a roll here, it's only 9:15 pm. So I might be adding in more stuff, watch this space.

Right now Emperors have two perks: a little crown next to their name, and the ability to send mass-messages to everyone in the game.

In some past Turbo rounds, we've had Emperors set up that taxed everyone in the game...about 0.005-0.02% of cash and food gained per turn (it doesn't sound like much but over time, and from every player in the game, it's somewhat significant).

A lot of players thought this was pretty neat, and I think it provides a little more incentive for other players to unseat the Emperor. The Emperor can control how much the tax is...so if they want, they can be a benevolent Emperor and set the tax to 0. Or they can be greedy and set it to max.

What do you guys think?

How much longer do you think RWL will still be active?

Almost 9 years ago, even the creator of RWL said he didn't think RWL would last beyond one year. Even today, it seems people are still surprised that we're still stubbornly chugging along, despite the death of the Redwall and Promisance communities. we can't help it, we're just so awesome

So basically, I don't think anything surprises me anymore. Thank you RWL for being the way you are. :)

Contest: Best RWL-Related Poem


Details: Compose a creative and/or humorous poem related to Redwall:Warlords. There is no length requirement (haikus are acceptable), but keep in mind extra points will be given to poems that go the extra mile in creativity.


Rules:
1. The poem must be PG-rated and in good taste

2. You may submit up to three poems, you can only win one prize however

3. The poem must be related to Redwall:Warlords, not just Redwall. You can mention features from the game, RWL events, something RWL forum-related, just to give a few ideas.

Next Theme: Emperor

Hi Turbo players,

This is just a reminder that this Turbo round will be reset on June 28th, at 10 PM EST. This means that all the Turbo accounts will be deleted and everyone must sign up again. The top 15 players will be recorded and immortalized on the forums.

Another important notice:

Aid credits will be changed next round. Everyone will get 18 max aid credits (still gain one per hour). The cost for sending aid will be as follows:

Clan members: 1 aid credit
Allies: 2 aid credits
Anyone else: 3 aid credits

So in case you were wondering, this means no more unlimited aid for clan members and allies. We will be testing this system next Turbo round and if it works as planned, it will move to Regular.
