So yeah, I've been extraordinarily busy, and didn't have time to run turns, and my horde died to inactivity. Can someone try and revive it please?

can you revive a deleted account

Admin powers only can blow life into inactive accounts that died.  If you have been killed with low land, or deleted your own account, than only shael (with a lot of code work) can save the account. But a person would need a real good reason to ask to have it saved.

so how do i start again

there should have been a revive botton. if you said delete, and have wated about an hour at least. the game should let you make a new account.  If there are problems, catch and admin.
