How do you move location in the Warlord's Hut?

 You move location in the general's hut. It's either move north or move south, depending on where you want to go. Going from south to north, the locations go in the following order: Southsward, Mossflower, Northlands

You can also use prepare raiders in the same menu. It enables you to attack or send aid to people in different locations than yourself for 12 hours.
