I would keep the twenty dollars, and use it to buy a John Mellancamp CD, because honestly, who would buy one of those with their own, rightfully-acquired money?

i would give it back because its wrong and you gain nothing from it exept guilt shame and the knowledge that that person could get fired and you could ruin there future

I'm pretty sure there are Starbucks in some of the nicer prisons in the US. :P
