It would be a highly gratituous action to explain why my food was deleted/lost.

btw, i have screen shots to prove that i had the food to begin with, which were taken due to the fact that rumors were abundant of josh being back... and i took a giant hit last time...

Neo reported this to me a day or two ago. The problem is that this incident seems to have happened over 2 weeks ago. My response is that someone could have figured out his password, or someone could have hacked the game, either way they could have sent aid from his account to someone else. Since the news is only saved for 7 days, there is no record that I can find.

My advice was that he needs to talk to retto and see if there is an older logs saved, or something retto could see in the program. Either way, he should change his password.

There is nothing more Shael or I can do. Sorry.
