 I get very little land when I attack him.  I think I got less than 1k after 11 attacks or so, and he has almost 40k land total.  I would have more accurate amounts, but you also cannot check his warlord info.  Please check into this.

 Ok, so you can read his profile, but it stretches the page much.  He typed so much as a city name that his info is displayed off the page.  A letter limit for city names needs to be set.

Also, he does have 10 cities, and that would lower the land I get, but...

 I know what he is doing, and it IS legal. I can not say untill the round if over if you have not got it by then. He is on vacation now anyways.

 What about the profile thing?  I was rather clueless and only found out because I was investigating it.

 He made a city with tooooooo long of a name, that messed up the page. He will not do it again. Sadly there is no way to change the name of a city.
