I don't know if this is going to be implemented this time, but if I remember correctly the last time we had a No mercs/no clans round we made it so you didn't recieve your cash until you logged in. This has little affect on leader players, but for them indy players it can make it almost impossible to run. Or at least have it put straight into the savings?
