Can't log in

Whenever I try to log in to turbo or reg, it says I need to log in, and re-directs me back to the log in page?

I am having the same problem, but I have only tried to log in to reg, don't know about turbo.

I can not log in either I tried both like ten times but it says that i am not logged in and say click here to try again.
