My account, Redan*Dash (#62), is completely stuck at the lowest possible rank. Help, please?

seems to happen sometimes,
(lifts account, hurts back in lifting it)
Lets see if it stays back up there.

Sometimes that just happens, such as a different account that I just fixed. Had I checked here first to see that you (shael) was looking into it, I would have left it. I will the next one.

About the bug. The account seems normal. I go onto it and make sure it is not on vacation. Then I clear all the multi fields for the account, then hit update ranking, and zap, it is back in the rankings.
