Ehh, I'd go for the sea serpents thing, but there's still a lot of bugs with them. Don't really want to take anything out yet cause we're still testing race stuff.

So, I just decided to add location bonuses. They're the Promisance default:

(Army, Loyalty, Scouting, Attraction)
Southsward: 0.95, 1.20, 1.00, 1.00
Mossflower: 1.15, 1.00, 1.80, 1.00
Northlands: 1.00, 1.00, 1.40, 1.00

Maybe we can add something more interesting later on. Next round is gonna be pretty cool though!

and 2. I think that to make this round special, we should put those defaults to more extremes.

1. Attraction is rate of peasants being "attracted" to your land.
2. I agree...we'll wait for Peace to decide something on that.
