I noticed that there is now a delay on all market sales. Camps still reduce the time but not so drastically.

To be exact, people used to wait only 30 minutes if they had either a fox or marten with max camps. This is now set to be around 1hour 45minutes for maximum camps.
You should code an additional 10% mercs discount for a player who has 20% markets. This would leave a leaderer slightly vulnerable at a substitute of a resellers edge.
It would also be great for the indies selling troops.
