Make Blobfish a playable race with a bonus called extinction that destroys 5% of your own net each time you use it.

Nah, I'd say that's a bit too much OP, but I'd definetly keep the offence bonus, and I think the training could be kept to make it into a well-balanced race. The offense is too underpowered though, I was going more for 1000%

What!? Those stats are way too low to be blobfishes stats, they have to be all at least +2000%!
