Yeah, gold plated.

Sorry, I was very unclear here, his armor is colored golden, but is not actually made of gold.

Solrim quickly scanned the two new additions to the situation, and decided that he would be able to defeat them if combat ensued. He unstrapped his shield from his back and got into his fighting stance, standing sideways with most of his weight on his back leg. Feeling his adrenaline rise, Solgrim hits his mace onto his shield loudly.

I watched it, and LOVED it! I can't believe no one died! :P

I know what my SoCal studies teacher would say " I CANNOT believe this has happened! It is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

 I would think that Ferahgo, Danflorr, and Swartt would be the last 3 and Swartt wouldn't last very long against those two, and once he's gone it would be a tough choice.

Yup, in fact they are all infuriated at each other ::)

The great arena is a role play where a secret vermin society captures creatures from all around Mossflower and forces them to fight in their great gladiator arena against each other and strange, berserk monsters. The winner of the entire thing is granted freedom.

This is my gladiator.(you are allowed 2 gladiators and they can be of any species, even non-introduced species)

Skills/training: has spent much of his life in gladiatorial pits and has gained much knowledge from that, was taught martial arts by an old stoat master.
Clothing/armor: wears black scale mail armor shirt under a black cloak. He wears a black snakeskin belt wear he keeps his Kukri knife, axe, and sword. His black clawless gloves go down to right below his elbow and have slots for his darts.

Twirling his golden mace expertly, Solgrim spoke calmly "if I were you I would not be so quick to challenge a real warrior, fool." he advanced a step and braced himself for combat, if the fool of an elf dared to attack him

Hearing singing and noise farther dwn the path, Solgrim strapped his shield on his back and hid his pole arm in the bushes next to the path, and drew his golden mace, creeping slowly and stealthily forward until he saw the cause of the noise, an elf talking into the bushes near him. Solgrim decided the best course of action would be to stand by and watch it all play out, but as he moved behind a tree he stepped on a stick that cracked loudly, and he gave up all pretenses of stealth, emerging into plain view of the elf.

Appearance: tall and well muscled. Wears gold lamellar armr and a gold helm that looks very similar to a spartan helm with no plume. Wears a red cloak that covers his whole body under his armor. His armor has strange enscriptures in his native tounge. He has a mail shirt over his cloak. The cloak raps around his neck and covers his face up to his nose but doesn't cover his eyes. He has wild black hair.

Personality: shrewd and cold hearted. He barely ever talks.
Allies: none
Strengths: has a high tolerance for pain and good endurance. Strong and agile. He practices constantly with his weapons and uses them often.
Weaknesses: rash and sometimes overconfident.
Goal: money, fame, and glory.
Background: not much is known of him except one day he appeared and proclaimed himself a mercenary and soon gained a reputation as a cold hearted killer and a formidable warrior.
