Holy!!!!!!!.....COW!!!!! You have some mad skills!

Couple of years ago. Started with a soccer game, ended with a soccer practice. I remember collapsing on the field unable to open my eyes, interesting feeling, almost wish I could repeat it for some reason.

I think the closest thing I could ever come close to repeating was 48ish hours. I think FFXII was the cause behind that one. Ended up getting sick actually.

Few more times a little less, "resting" your eyes is pretty much the end point of trying to stay up. Had one of those plans backfire on me when I tried staying up for as long as possible before getting on a bus for a 3 day trip. Stayed up for a day, then passed out the day I was supposed to head out. Ended up not sleeping on the bus as much as I had hoped.

The key is to keep busy, if you get bored or become idle, it gets really hard.

Spamming intruders

For about the last 3 months our site seems to have been put on some lists for Internet advertisers.  They have been making accounts and then posting advertisements from drug and porno sites to places to by furniture.  So far, your friendly Mods and Admins have been keeping a close watch and removing them and banning the IPs of the computerized programs invading us. Please no one ever go to their links because bad things could happen to your computer going to sites with no morals.  Also we request your assistance in helping us remove them as fast as possible.

If you see one: Either notify a member of the staff if you have their IM address or click the link on the post that says ?Report to modulator? so emails will be sent to the staff that the site needs our attention.  We thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.

News / Updates / Re: Messing up the servers

I simply don't believe that there's an increase of utilization due to nothingness.

Was this increase happening at the same time beatles was running his script?

Not to say there was any intentional malice but sometimes scripts, if used wrong, or sometimes unforseen bugs, can cause server-side lag, or in redwall's case increased utilization.

I remember a few cases back when I used to play on Dark Realm, a private Ultima Online Server. When too many people ran certain macro's with incorrect delays they would lag the server.

You are wasting your time with brining leagalities up.

Norton and McAfee aren't worth the money or even a free download.

If you want basic protection get Grisoft AVG, anything else will do the basically the same; face it, if it's new enough and you haven't updated, it's going to get through McAffee, Nortons and AVG.

Like Windhounds said, HD crashes happen to us all. No software will save you. Cheapest most flexible solution would be to buy a DVD burner, they go for around $50, and back up everything you have.

As for what Josh said, a lot of this can be avoided using simple common sense. Good enough to do without adware or avg, but it doesn't hurt to do an odd scan.
