 I don't think it matters. 0-100 warlords are just as likely to be bad as 900-1000. 0-100 may be better because there were less people to attack, but attacks were also more focused.

 Well duh.
Apparently people are getting angry at me for having too long of a sig. when all you have to do is press three buttons to not veiw someone else's sig. if you do not want to see it so I no longer have one *grumble* lazy people *grumble*.  Whew! Run on sentence.

 Normally around 100.  Then people have stopped the mad scramble for top ten, and you get pick out easier targets. ;)
