 The Sword of Redwall website has been hacked by former staff member Beatles (who is known as Akira something-or-other on the Terrouge forums). Note the "former" part. He has practically destroyed our forums and changed mutliple site features without ANY PERMISSION OR AUTHORIZATION. Due to the fact that a very similar incident like this occurred before with Beatles, he is NO LONGER A STAFF MEMBER OF TSOR, unless he can provide some sort of logical and rational explanation for his actions, though I doubt that's possible. Please give us time to fix the forums and other altered site features. Unfortunately, Beatles may still have access to our alternate database passwords. We will attempt to change them as soon as possible. Please be patient, and thank you all for your support in this critical time.

I don't care about getting the source either. I personally don't like the DEX. However, there are OTHER people who do want the source.

Retto, you REALLY need to put up the source code as soon as possible. You have no legal right to do what you're doing right now.

And it won't kill you to give us the source code.

Two wrongs do NOT make a right. If you refuse to give us the source code just because people might break the law and not give you credit, then you're breaking the law as well! It's that simple.

 

Um... I don't think so. Perhaps the original idea for Warbands was from Karlin, but I doubt much in FaF was even his idea.

You're wrong, Weasel. Frost and Flame was my idea from the very beginning. The entire concept (as well as that of Warbands) was my creation. A good deal of the main features were concocted by me. Yes, Beatles has done all the grunt work. He deserves far more credit than I do. However, Frost and Flame is still just as very much mine as it is his.
 Frost and Flame will probably be hosted on www.sword-of-redwall.com (if I can finally clear up these idiotic PayPal technical difficulties, *grumble grumble*), and will be a production of The Sword of Redwall, officially made by Beatles and Karlin the Warrior.

Yes, Beatles is the genius who does the Frost and Flame programming and puts in long hours working his rear off to make such an awesome game come into reality. Yes, I am the one who comes up with the so-called big ideas. Together we've made something that, I think, will rock the entire ROC to its core!

And NO, we're NOT leaking any of the game features! The beta version is in testing, and none of you are getting a peep at it until Beatles decides otherwise.


As for the original topic of this topic:
Ringo is in the wrong. He really needs to PUT UP THAT SOURCE CODE before he finds himself in court. Nobody will complain if he just sticks it up for download. If he'll do that, nobody's gonna press charges. The GNU community is very kind and patient (fortunately for all of us :)).

 This same thing keeps happening on my Warbands 2 game!!!!

I bet it's the same person.

Anyone remember me? I doubt it. I was Ryach Karin (#16) back in the original RWL game, WAY before Dark Empires expansion, and I've come back today just to celebrate your anniversary.  

 What's going on with the new server?!? I can't log in! Every time I try, it rejects the username and password that I've been using for two months!!!!!!!!!!! What do I do? It keeps saying "no such user" whenever I try it!
