IT'S ON DVD AND YOUTUBE. IT GETS A BAD RAP AS THE SEQUEL OF SOMETHING AS AWESOME AS PotO BUT IS AMAZING IN ACTUALITY.
I'm nervous to watch it because it is the Sequel. The Phantom dies at ye end of the original story so there's not really supposed to be a sequel.
