Once the leaders are chosen, it's up to them to appoint other clan officers if they want to.

There's one thing I still don't get. How do you win? lol.

As in, are you attempting to become emperor, hold the pearls, produce as much net as possible, etc?

What is the objective of this round?

i would assume killing/holding emperorship and traditionally getting the most net along the way, and i think pearls are just a boost for that.

Pretty much. Having the Pearls in your clan is a significant advantage, and whichever clan can get the most out of them and dominate the top 10 is usually considered the winner. To be honest I don't care much for the "send all your net to one person in the clan and claim a win" tactic. Much more impressive to see everyone in the clan doing well. You're only as strong as your weakest link.

If the Emperor wins, then he wins. Ideally, clans should be working against the Emperor since he's a competitive rival for the top spot and he has the added advantage of taxing Sampetra.

This round is always fun, but I really do think you need some kind of manual sorting system for members.

That way you can ensure the teams are balanced, and that people get put with people that aren't usually on their team.

Yep.

Of course, it's impossible to judge if sombody will be active or inactive, but imo you'd still get a fairer spread if things were manual.

This round is kinda annoying because its impossible to kill Sevz so no one else can become emp.
