Title: ask windy things
Post by: Shadow on December 16, 2013, 03:39:26 PM
Hi windy,

why do I need an ISP? Why can't I plug right into the internet (whatever that means)?

If you take two computers and plug them into a switch you have your own little network and can share files between them.
If you had enough cable (and some repeaters) (and permission from the owner) you could connect to any other computer you wanted.
This isn't really feasible on a large scale, so ISP's do that for you.

Wow. Windy knows everything! Do the cables go under the sea?

Hi Windy,
should I finish all the sidequests before playing the endgame of Fallout New Vegas?

If you want. Make a save point right before you do the last bit, basically puts you on a linear path to the end where it'll roll credits. Don't bother looting anything for later, because there is no later. Same deal as fallout 3
I'd go ahead and do the main quest then load to just before and go wander, 's what I'm doin in fallout 3 atm. Really cool world, but the main quest only shows you a small slice of it

Yes I have seen the original Star Wars trilogy. I even have a script for one of them. It's pretty rad.

Han Solo is a cool guy.
