Hey peeps.  The place I call home was flooded this weekend and it still feels a little unreal.  Good news is that my wife and I are okay and we only have minor damage.  Bad news is we are the lucky ones.  If you want to help please text RED CROSS to 90999.  Pray for my town please.

Wow, that is not a pretty sight. I hope your insurance company is reasonable about the situation and I wish you the best of luck in the future to make up for this stroke of bad.

On a happier note, how is married life treating you when it isn't being flooded?

To be fair thats a very pretty photograph... just happens to be a grim subject matter. All the best for ya, 'reptor. Nashville's got it bad, especially with the lack of media attention (or so i hear from watching the daily show)

That is a great shot, looks surreal.  Wont look nearly as nice once the water recedes though...  that mud will get -everywhere-

Glad your place wasn't hit too hard Ereptor

As it was Nashville it looks like you've got the support of quite a few country music stars, Taylor Swift has pledged 500k
