I need help on how you get clan forums?

There are too meny bottons for me to push to make one. PM Retto or Shael and give them:

The name of the clan
The call sign of the clan
The password you want
The people that will have Mod powers in your forum.

The call sign is the clan tag.

man, it would be way cooler if the leader of the clan could make the forum himself throught the game... but i'm pretty sure that would be impossible to code.
