Well, it seemed like a new forum to me, as a matter of fact. Last time I was here it was all white and ugly.

Heh heh heh.... that's right. It was due to a hilarious typo in the chat, if I remember right. ^.^

Well, since DDR is about to become an official sport, we could set up a PS2 and a pad and let people dance their way into sport fame.

Ah, a homophobe, now? How Midwest of you, Samuel.

Me either. Though his latest comment about high explosive is rather amusing.

Anyway, what have you been up to, Chex? Haven't been around here often, so I haven't seen you about.

RedCon Specific / Stripper?

I don't know if he meant that, but as for what he said, I'm glad we won't allow it. It shows we have some taste, after all. You're a young teenager, for goodness' sake, keep what little moral fiber you have left.

In the words of Jack Nicholson: "Sell your crazy somewhere else -- we're all stocked up here."

Not the most moral character to quote, Melvin, but he gets the job done.

I would like to add that whoever plays will not be using pirated tracks, and he certainly won't be selling them. The second one is most especially illegal, and the 'Con won't support that kind of activity.

I don't think I even have to say this, but if you even get in a verbal spat with anyone there, Kami, you will be removed from the 'con. If it comes to blows, you will most definitely be arrested. And I assure you it will not come to blows.

EDIT: And this goes double for any other coordinators. I'm with Rand in that I'll not have any of my fellow workers take flak for all the hard work they've put into this.

As I said in the Terrouge forums, I would like a special edition of that esteemed e-zine in actual print available for sale at the 'con.

As for sporting events, a lot of it will have to be medieval, however, even medieval times had soccer. ^.- I know for a fact, Erin knows fencing. By 2006, I'll know it as well.

And though some may roll their eyes at poetry readings, what is freestyle blues? Poetry reading with some light music in the background. Add some moodlighting, a snare, bass, and high-hat, and a bass guitar, and you've got the best poetry reading known to man.

The great part about something like this is that we don't have to plan all that much as organizers, since the attenders will plan so much for us. They want to have an impromptu art show? Great. It just makes the masses happier.
