On Turbo, I (Alpha Dash, #6) sent 40 bil dollars to Snare (Phoenix Lamment, #17), then another 40 bil...both times, the cash was not taken from my count and was not added to his. However, his news page said that he received it, and I lost the turns required to send it.
hmm, I can recall sending you 5 bil aid, and I know it came out of my account.

I honestly don't know, since I had been stolen multiple times since the last time I had logged in.
Personally, I know that my aid attempts have been successful up until the last day or two.
if you look at your recent happenings, you should see *blah blah blah has sent you X skiffs carrying: Blah Blah Blah*
Yeah, I know...what I don't know is if it was actually added to my total cash.
Anyway, aid seems to be working properly again.
