I noticed RWL now has 1004 players....except about 750 don't count, because they've been disabled or destroyed, so it would really be 250 active accounts? It seems more than that....
Because of all the active forum participants, it seems so. Plus almost everyone in the top 100 isn't dead or anything.

I can remember that. I first joined when there was about 20 odd warlords that join. You could see everyone in the score. :D
Yeah, lol. When I joined, I was already in the 30s. This game is growing fast....
i think that there are a lot of players, but not new ones, people who first got a horde then died and are starting a new one
The second time I joined, I actually thought there was a bug. The scores page skipped people after rank 10. I thought that was a bug, having joined rather early, and shot to rank 5. Then I realized we just had many players. LOL
[edit]Right now, we have 253 active players out of 1010 total. 3 are admins, so exactly 250. I think the dead and abandoned hordes should be moved to their own "graveyard", (like in QMT), and the disabled ones should be put on a "shame" list. Then we could actually see things, looking at the scores list. Keeping admins at the bottom was also a great idea, and should be kept.[/edit]

Well my number #1002 my whole clan is 999 and up. all new and we got 5 memebers , but we rau from 999 to 1044 ,so there must be alot of people maknig accounts since we have all signed up in the past 4 days.
(ps: just caus i posted my number does not mean im inviting attacks, my clan getting pounded as it is!!! oh also my clans looking for an ally)

nah.. I'm pretty sure I only had one account first era.. Windhounds #116.. did fairly well, took me a while to get used to the game, but, everyone esle was adjusting too, so it worked out alright..

I think First Era was the best...everyone was new, trying out stuff, just getting the feel for things, people screaming, "I have a million rats!" or something of the like, and other people patting them on the back. The forums were fun too, my post wars with Klamath, the start of the cheese fad and Cafi, and that big debate topic, which I used to prove Stormy evolved into a kangaroo. It's a shame the old forums crashed.

Nonono, it was the same game, just on a different server. That game used to be RWL, and the game and forum here didn't exist then. But then the forums crashed (almost exactly a year ago, actually) and we got this forum, then later the server crashed, and we moved to the one we have now. There are other games like this though, but this one is the best. XD
It also has the best forums, and definately the best post-empress...
Retto, someday, with the of course immeasurable free time you have, you should set up a nostalgia server of the old game as it was in 1st era... 4 races, etc... Just to see how it'd be to play it now

Nope, no special abilities...let's see...you couldn't move from Southsward to anyplace either. And there was no clan limit. I remember sometime during the First Era this weird guy named Omega tried bullying all the lower hordes to join his clan, sort of a join or die thing. He was a nuisance.
