Both are good, but I had to vote for Cake.
while pie has a larger variety of flavors, I think you can do a lot more with a cake then a pie. Cake is prettier, and much more fun to bake. :)

I usually only eat the cake part and if there is icing between the layers, then I eat it.
But I find that icing is too sweet, and if something is too sweet then I get sick. Which is why I dont really eat dessert.
Except for ice cream. But even then, a small bowl.
chocolate icing is alright sometimes, but honestly i dont even eat cake not even if i have one on my birthday i think they're a waste of eggs and milk (not really thats plain stupid)

I dont like Jelly much either. Unless its with Peanut butter. Which I dont like peanut butter either. But I like them together.

I dont eat pepper jelly. I find it gross. I was just wondering if you actually liked it, because I dont know anyone who does.

No really, I like pie better. Cake usually is too sweet with too much sugar or chocolate or sprinkles or whatever.
Pie tastes better. I don't like overly sweet stuff; it makes me want to gag.
I like cake. Especially Ice cream cake. Two amazing desserts put into one. And I'm not a fan of pie. Unless it's a chocolate one. I'm pretty sure I have two sweet teeth, cause I can take sweet things. Like this one time this drink machine was broken and didn't pour out water and I didn't notice until someone else took a sip and said it was super sweet.
