Anyone know the formula for pressgang?

I am empire Supernormal Stimulus Dissonance (#4). I recieved a message from #6. And my empire messaged back 1 second later. Suffice to say I cannot type that fast, so it definitely is a bot. And not my bot either!

Unsure if it is an issue on redwallwarlords's end or my account being jeopardized. Also unsure how to approach resolving this.

Add a function to sell loyalty on public market?  I don't know if it is possible without too much time investment. 

Buying loyalty at $400 per loyalty for example: 100,000,000 loyalty = $40 billion. Exchange through Foreign Aid Empire 2 empire or can use middleman we both agree to.

When does the set end? What is the percentage penalty for removing an item from public market(food and army)? On merc prices;  Do all races have the same buying prices with camps? For example ferret with camps vs rat with camps reach the same buy price on mercs? Also what percentage of camps/total land is needed to reduce merc buy prices to its lowest point?
