Good on ya'. It'd be good to run into you in another server, if time allows. I like competition.

 Well, yeah. A return is a character. A space, in some systems, is a character. In some, any keystroke is a character. As well it should be.

 A thousand's all right, even 500 seems a bit much. I mean, honestly, what is the point in showing someone 5000 characters of text over and over again, since those with the longest sigs seem to enjoy showing them off all the time, as well. Subliminal messages? Repetitive learning? What?

 Except... my point in question wasn't on their quitting, it was on the fact that I, as soon as I got out of protection, could farm off people 30 ranks higher than me with no resistance whatsoever until my health was down below 30%. That, to me, shows a lousy player.

 Popular and humble. He's got it all, folks.

It's funny. I was dumb enough to join with 2 days left in the turbo, -almost- got to the top 20, and then got smacked around like a red-headed stepchild.

It was a sublime feeling. (Conquering good! Getting killed with no turns, bad!)

 Do this:

Click on, 'My Controls'
Then, 'Board Settings'
Then, at this question: "Do you wish to view members signatures when reading threads?" You can either go to 'no', as I did, or reduce them all to 150 pixels.

 *beams* And, of course, innocent, old me never voted.

 You know what, I agree with this title. It's kind of sad when, instead of building your army back up and fighting back, the other player buckles and cries. Call me an old curmudgeon, but when someone -below- you can farm off you until their health is below 30, then you have some serious problems.
