I agree that this total annihilation isn't cool. Its not fun for us to win so easily but it is the end of the round and self sabotage would not make anyone happy.
Myself and Snare are too strong right now.
We dropped our defenses to encourage breakers but there's no satisfaction.

Obviously next round I'll be fighting Snare. I wouldn't mind making a clan each and having a big ol war. Maybe we just fight against each other and let you sore losers play amongst yourselves

Military range is 20x networth but desertions cap at 10x net.
You'll get 10% desertions max if I'm 11x-20x your size.
Leaders range is 10x.

Mercs do not have a 99m cap. With my land I can buy around 290m rats each 3hrs.

I don't know what the issue is. For the first month I was a passive scout.
Players were active but 3 months is a long round.
In this game it's very easy to catch up and break big warlords. That's the whole reason I volunteer to scout land into the game. To give everyone a fair chance and headstart knowing how easy takedowns are.

Two easy ways to break me would be a few leader suicides and use missions against me. The other would be by reaching $250m networth and using rats with chaos to weaken my cheapest entry point.

I'm not good at doing the maths but I'll estimate how easy it is. 250mil net is 250m rats? A stupid player could buy them at $500 each which is $125b cash. A smart player would pay $90b and any Indy could generate them for less than $30b.
Your 250m rats are as effective as 500m in my hands. Using a Rat to do the attacking avoids desertions against bigger players and has the offense booster. Coupled with chaos and the relatively cheap upkeep its at least 2.5op vs 1.1dp.
10 failed attacks would do substantial damage. From then it becomes easy pickings. Sacks would finance the break so whoever had the courage to strike would make a profit during to attack phase and be able to use the acres to ensure consistency accessing the land.

If I've got 2,000,000,000 rats and you use chaos with 100,000,000 10x you could kill 750m for a fraction of what it cost me to buy.
Of course the land discrepancy means I need about 50x your land count to theoretically maintain invincibility.

I'm happy to trade my warlord with anyone who thinks they can fill my shoes.

I'm not sure what the base minimum prices are but I've always noticed players at redwall aren't the smartest.
Not sure why the market is always getting ignored and its sad to watch.

Wolf is great at making food and cash but the merc prices are horrible. It only makes sense to buy from the public market since wolf has a good defense bonus. Wolves are hard to break so if the market is filled with cheap troops I'll change race and make you rich.

Best way for a solo Indy is use Lizard instead of Rat and build forage structures instead of pure barracks. Rely on sacking the wolf players who have no defense.

The game needs a bit of tuning but everything I recommend they do the opposite so I don't waste my time these days.

With no loopholes or tricks I can attack 100x in 550 turns.

No clan the hitlimit is 21. Sometimes 22.
That means I avoid 80 retaliation attacks.
Can we make a theme next round of unlimited hitlimit?

The thing is. I scouted for a few weeks so there was land worth fighting over.

I've started attacking people and I'm already causing problems for all players.

Everyone needs to kill Punisher.
If I make a clan could you change the rules?

Put a bounty on me. Whoever can get the kill also gets my storage on the market?

Do you think it would be interesting if we changed the themes regularly?

Put me on 500k land and a bunch of networth see if the server can catch up?

Random theme idea to consider

Whoever wins a round keeps their final networth?

Bring back clan storehouse?

Or admin selects a daily winner and gives them a game changing aid package?

Bot buddies for new players? Windy sets bots that can protect them and collect retals? Tinker around you could leak the land back to the player they're protecting.

Plenty of ideas if you feel like trying new tgings

I only have two strategies for making a server have abundant land.
One of them is to play highly defensive which forces everyone who can't break my defense needs to scout new land into the game.
Locking land right now would be easy to do and devastating to redwall. It is my traditional style

The other is I happily generate acres early in the round for others to get a headstart and I play catch up later on.

On a side note
Could we have a brand new theme?

A round called 'Hunt Sevz'
I'll create my own race.
Windy can set a few bots onto me and everyone is on a mission to team up and kill me

Woah.
I thought it was funny and semi harmless. Why not make kills possible? We can just restart, why so against us having fun? You want us to have no storage. No safety with our networth and not allowed to kill each other if we're in enemy clans?
This round is rubbish. There is a team that purposely made it a terrible round. Spreading land to slow down the action. Nobody runs when the land is spread to ensure noone has more than 100k. Look right now they done it on purpose again and they're intentionally maxing their own leaderers after every run. I mean they haven't even tried hitting the emperor and they've made sure we can't break it either.
Who are you mad at? This was a pointless round with an emperor way too heavy on leaders. Why even give an emperor 2 billion leaders on only 250k land? I resent you for that. Could have given us a heads up that breaking a lizard with leaders was impossible because you gave it 20MILLION acres worth of leaders. wat?
I've been on the road 3weeks I don't really care but you seem to be blaming one side in favor of another. Your bias is intense. Both sides have been filling the market because that's how you made it. We can't remove goods we have to sell them at merc prices. So we can't even store troops until its time to break.
This round is designed for a Rat to sack aid and store production at max prices. Nothing an opposition can do to stop them storing at max prices and maxing their own team. I don't blame them for the way they played its smart but it stinks that they ignored the emperor just so they could win like it was a normal round.
Don't blame the players blame the coding changes.
Last round we didn't have a market and this round it became a storehouse because you made it so storage prices can be very high.
If you made max prices lower it would have prevented this.
I say just delete the emperor cos coding literally made my round a complete waste of time. If shoot wasn't on 499acres we wouldn't have even been able to suicide the emperor and breaking with troops would have done nothing special. You sir are a bad person.

Next round them should be race to badgers gold

We weren't expecting the emperor to have this many leaders. We've killed 1.7billion networth of leaders.
I'm hoping that there's only 289m net left to kill. It means real close.

Like I said. At the start of the round I was killing for fun. Starting a big war because there was no theme.
As soon as the emperor was created I was hoping we could all come together as a community. We usually have two teams that don't sabotage each other and race for the takedown. It would have been awesome to all unite.

The problem there is that if we used Rats to break we leave the emperor with weasels Stoats Skiffs Leaders Food and Cash.
That's like $7 to $12billion networth after we all sack him down for a measly 250k land at very high costs.
It takes me 10days to explore 250k land into the game at zero costs.
Whoever sacks will be paying more in upkeep than they gain from the sacks.
Do you see how pointless that would be?

We can easily break with Rats at any time.

My plan is to break with leaders so we can open attack ops and do murders. So we can steal cash and poison the food. If we bream with rats the emperor finishes the round with around $10b networth. If we break with leaders we can take him down to $100m networth in 2 runs.

That's why you should have helped us.
As soon as Windy made the emperor I made it clear that I'm not killing anyone.

You don't have to like me but one reason you deserve to occasionally die? is all the immortalized forums that I won and you insulted my victories. At least 20 of my wins you jumped on the immortal forums and tried saying I didn't deserve to finish in first place yada yada. I worked hard and played it smart to earn those wins. Created very technical complicated strategies. Degrading my accomplishments and saying I'm a poor player when the truth is you were being a sore loser.
I don't expect a hater to say sorry or form new opinions but since you asked politely I'll take the time to explain on an intellectual level.

The way you've disrespected me over the years is mostly unfair from my eyes. You haven't given credit when credit is due so I honestly don't value your opinions. However, I do understand them and where they come from. All you ever had to do was say nice win and I would have started being very respectful towards you. I could have changed our circumstances.
We haven't been on a team for you to see how effectively I play and I haven't done anything to make you like me. I've given you reasons to hate me and I'm happy to admit it. Our rivalry is mostly my fault.

The difference is that my grudge is roleplay. If you ever wanted to be on the same team I'd absolutely make sure you win the round, Id let see the magic behind the curtains.
I could show you plenty of reasons to respect me as a player but until I do I don't blame you for your stance on the other side of the fence.

To me its all fun and games. This whole round I stayed in a clan and didn't build a city. If you killed me I would have laughed in real life but over the internet shown total rage and acted like this is an epic war.

Sorry to tell you but Arula and Hans Solo have been sacking the snot out of me and hitting me really low on land.
Due to them we haven't done enough damage yet. We all could have taken it down a month ago.
Yesterday I had 23million leaders and 30k land but I still failed the espionage.

We are thinking a few more days and we can finally take this emperor down.

Its a shame that nobody helped us because this round would have been fun if the community worked together.

Also. Since we did all the hard work to break this emperor I politely ask the rest of you to leave him alone once we get through.

Of course if you wish to join my clan for the last few weeks you're more than welcome
