if you edit a post and then put a new post in after, the edits appear at the bottom of the thread instead of the new post, which gets bumped up for some reason... this leads to a lot of clutter and confusion :-P

I thought that if you drive someone 21 times it takes ~60% of their land... i just did that to sid, who i assume is a new kid, but it took 95% of his land... now i feel bad. Is this  bug, or my foolishness?

i break trhough their defences, but fail to take land..

AAARRRGGGHHHHH is this intentional??? please tell me its a bug

theres a guy sitting there with 4k land and i have full turns - easy kill.. i attack, break him, but dont get land... i buy 50 million extra rats and attack again... break him, but no land RRRAAAWWWWRRR

I am no expert in coding and know that you guys work hard at the game so this may not be feasible, but here is my idea:

since there are sea serpents that can only be used on the river (indy place), there should be some leader mission that can only be done underground (leader strat location) - "undermine" perhaps? something that lowers an enemy's defence and makes them more susceptible to future missions (negates raised defence, if defences aren't raised it increases damage by 25%). Just an idea, but it seems that indies are a little unbalanced from sea serpents atm.

btw, can you attack someone who is not on the river with serpents?

EDIT: just realized this might go better in development - o well ill leave it here to be moved if need be, i figure more people will see it here

when i try to gold mine it says i need -x leaders, mission failed.. i wasnt aware that your ratio could be too high for a spell... how are you supposed to maintain a ratio of 40 long enough to gold-mine a significant amount of cash?

ive heard a lot about this strat, and since there are no leaders this round thought it might be a good time to try a troop massing based strat.. can someone give me a quick run-through of a basic indy strat?

how about that for every day beyond the original time limit someone stays on vacation, their assets get taxed. say they lose 5% of everything per day, and it goes onto the land farm. this would need tweaking, but you get the general idea

beyond the fact that you lose leaders per turn, is having more than 175 ratio a bad thing?

i got bored and tried something new (to me).. i built all my land huts, used leaders to get tons of land and leader looted, getting anywhere from 200m-500m per loot. i then either save cash or buy armies using this. So far it seems to be working well, but does anybody have any suggestions to tweak it a little?

at the end of runs i demolish enough huts to get my ratio high and build either camps (to buy armies) or towers, depending on the need.
