Troop Sharing Broken Again

I don't know if it's entirely broken, but troop sharing isn't working properly anymore. In short, custom sharing percentages have no effect. In my clan, 40% sharing is only showing as 10% sharing, so either readout is broken or it's only 10% of my forces being shared.

It's not broken, it's just a readout error. Should be fixed.

Clan page is broken--spitting a blank page to me at least.
In addition, players keep being bumped to the bottom list as if they were vacationing.
