Going back to relatively unknown bands now, but still keeping with the Cage Match theme. Maiden won last week, by a big margin, so here's Iron Maiden vs. Tristania!

Tristania was pretty high up on my list of bands I was gonna stick in back when I was doing these
I have quite the extensive collection of Gothic metal, as I have been heavily into Goth since I was a young teenager.
it started with NIN, then bands like Type-O-Negative and Paradise Lost
Then one day, typing random words into Napster, back when it was still free, I discovered Lacuna Coil and The Gathering.
It snowballed from there
something about really dark music just speaks to me
calms me, as weird as that sounds
some other bands to check out along those lines

Boooo Holby! Metal is amazing. IMO the muscians(not all obviously) but in general are much better then most other types of music.

metal is just noise, for the most part. I honestly can't usually tell the different between two metal songs other than the tempo.

I can appreciate any and all music no genre is just noise (though some bands are  ) I just prefer metal always have, always will but thanx for saying my band is just indistinguishable noise shadow I appreciate that  |

Are you really going to sit there and say Iron Maiden is indistinguishable from Tristania? If you are, I'm going to say you are full of it. The two bands have different guitar styles, different drum styles, and completely different vocal styles. It's like saying The Rolling Stones and The Beatles are indistinguishable from each other, because they are both British Rock and Roll bands.
