At the top of the page the theme is still from last round.....see:

Setup: No Theme (Market Change)

I thought this round was no mercs?

It's possible that I forgot to set it up to say what it should. I am new to the whole setting up of themes.

Are mercs available?

No, mercs are not available. The game itself works fine, just needs a reset in emperor.
I love bad [berries] that's my [fruity] problem

Another small bug is it says that where was an Emperor with no name for 22 hours.
