As established by precedent, this shall henceforth be the procedure for initiating a reset of the Regular Redwall: Warlords DEX Server ('You', from this point on, referring to all in support of the Reset. 'Redwall: Warlords Administrators' are: Boze, Retto, Stormclaw, and Ragefur):

1. You must convince at least One of the Redwall: Warlords Administrators that a reset is needed and important to the continuation of fun and enjoyable gameplay.

2. You must put up a poll on the Redwall: Warlords Forums, and have it run for at least One Week (7 Days) on the topic of "Should we have a Game Vote on the Reset of Regular Redwall: Warlords?" This vote must pass by a Simple Majority. If it does not, you must return to the first step. If it does, a game vote will be promptly begun.

3. The Redwall: Warlords Game Vote will be allowed to run until the conditions for it's completion are met or One Week has passed. The Game Vote must be participated in by At least 2/3rds of the Active Players in the game (Defined as all living characters who have used a turn), and must win by a Two-Thirds Majority in favor of a reset.

4. You must have, by this time, convinced at least Two of the Redwall: Warlords Administrators. If you have, a reset will commence at the earliest convenient time. If you have not, go to step 4a.

4a. If you have but one administrator who agrees with your cause, you can override the others by winning the in-game vote with a Four-Fifths Majority in favor of a reset.

[Edit] Apparently, it is rather hard to distinguish between a post with a vote and a poll. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This procedure can also be used to delay a reset of the Redwall: Warlords Turbo Server.
