Where is the help wiki?

I remeber we used to have a game guide of some sort that listed all of the specifics in the game, equations and bonuses etc. I can't seem to find it. Clicking 'help' from the game page just does a refresh.

Is it broken?

Its all outdated atm.
Turbo is running a new thing, there's how-to guides in the turbo forum but noone ever got around to breaking them up and putting a guide together.

I don't remember why the reg guide broke, but it kinda did.  I set it to default to at least the race chart, as that's the most commonly used page. 
It is on the to-do list, just lower than it should be
