(?) tip does not appear ingame

When clicking on the " (?) " for structures it does not display the tip onscreen. If you open in a new link it does. Not sure if bug or if its a new client you are under now(too new, again, to tell). Just thought I would give a heads up.

the tips are pretty much useless anyway, they didn't get updated with the rest of the game ^_^
