turn bug?

I had made a standard run on Saturday, I come back today with 0 turns and what looks like to be in vacation mode. I never did anything for that to happen though?

Hm..  I think you were in vacation mode? 
Are you positive you didn't hit it?  It's pretty hard to do accidentally. 

Off hand I can't think of anything that'd cause that. 
Account looks normal atm, it's gaining turns normally.  I'll refund some turns. 
Let me know if it happens again, I'll look a bit harder at it.
