Tools > Internet Options > Connections > LAN Settings
Check the proxy box. Now find a good proxy server, and input the IP and port. Ta-ra. You're scrambling.

And if your on dialup, select the DUN connection and hit settings...



and heres the solution to this avenue of cheating to make multiple accounts, set up a port scanner to scan common proxy ports 1080, 80 etc... just like most IRC servers...
