 How do you get loyalty?(suprise, suprise) :D

 You get it from having leaders and huts.  Then you use the loyalty if your leaders per huts is high enough.

 If you want lots of loyalty and leaders I'd advise staying in southsward, seeing you gain leaders and loyalty around 50% slower in Mossflower Country and Northlands.
