This is kinda like the Bugs topics, except for things I need to do that aren't Bugs.

This isn't a suggestion list, this is a list of developments that have been thought through and will definitely and certainly be added to the game. If you think I forgot to add something to the list, something that we already said we would add or change, then let me know and I'll update the list. -fix deletion of espionage reports
