Is this party supposed to be the equivalent of the Republicans or Democrats?

GOP = Grand Old Party. The Republican Party is the GOP in the USA.

GOP implies Republican, but this election was just for fun, parties were determined by member numbers, not beliefs or platforms. No relation at all.

Don't expect people to reply to posts in this forum, this forum lost its purpose years ago and is only here for other people to reminisce. I think a lot of people have this category condensed (I know I do) so we can't even see when there's new posts here (because we don't care, bluntly speaking).

Well I think the election would be a good thing to bring back, you know how good I am a politics......
