Only if the race has a good mercs bonus and a LOT of camps. So it probably does. Lol

the public market on reg is not very active. You could try, but it probably won't work well on reg.

It's also important to buy out cheaper market listings (account for taxes) so that the market prices stay high, and you are buying out the competition.
