Deleted accounts

 I think a lot of people have messed up after deleting an account and not waited for the game to delete the account before trying to start a new one. Can we change the instructions after deleting to be something like:

?Please wait 20 minutes to make sure the game has deleted your account before trying to start a new one or you may be automatically disabled.?

 or we could just give people the option of restarting their accounts. so that it automatically resores the account to the beginning stats. this would also reduce all those dead accounts at the bottom of the scores... not that its that big a deal
